Potato & leek soup, also known as vichyssoise, is a classic and comforting dish that combines the subtle sweetness of leeks with the creamy richness of potatoes. This versatile soup can be enjoyed hot or cold, making it perfect for any time of year.

This is, perhaps, my favourite spicy breakfast dish. It is a dish inspired by a Turkish ‘Çilbir’, spiced poached eggs on tangy dill & garlic yoghurt, spiced with paprika and cayenne pepper. Served with slices of toasted crusty bread.
